You can create multiple Base stores in the Hybris backoffice or HMC, this can be found under the base commerce tree in BO, you can also create catalogs and associate to each respective store. Finally you can create multiple websites in WCMS and associate each store to an individual website and then add a custom URL pattern for each store. Also if your URL pattern has different host name for each store, so remember to do a DNS mapping for the same, so that all the URLs can be redirected to the same server. Hybris will take care of redirecting the requests to indivudual stores based on the mapped URL.
