How to set up News RSS Feed in SAP C4C without silverlight ?

is ther a way to set up News feed in HTML or Fiori ? thanks

Hi Isabelle,

You can follow the below steps to configure News RSS Feed in C4C without Silverlight.

These steps are for Fiori Client.

1. Go to the Home Page and Click on Edit icon (pencil icon) at bottom right corner of the screen.

2. Click on Adapt.

3. Select one Business Role and click on Go.

4. Click on the News tile.

5. Give your required URL under URL for RSS Feed.

6. Save your Settings and Publish it.

Hi,

Go to ADAPT Mode in fiori Client and click the news title which is available in Home page. System will show the option to save the URL for RSS Feeds.

This will reflect in HTML as well.
