How to set up account in sap authenticator in case of account deleted by mistake

Hi ,

What do we do when we delete the account sap authenticator by mistake. i mean how do we set up again. i cannot find steps for that in the pass cide screen. One of my team mate had this problem. it would be helpful if you can answer this

Hi Vinay,

it will be necessary to contact the administrator of the Identity Authentication tenant to disable 2FA for the user so that he/she can set it up again.
