Dear SAP Community,
I'm currently working on a rule model for a Score. For this, I would like to give a certain amounts of score points for users that subscribed to a specific communication category.
This is how I thought to do this: I have a target group for the contacts subscribed in this communication category. In the rule model, I can set the parameters "Member of the TargetGroup" -> exists in -> "Name of the Communication Category". But, will the target group get rebuilt regularly without campaigns being fired or manual rebuilding?
Or is there a better way to do in the scoring system?
Thank you!
Best regards,
Jose

Hello jose_rangel
This is definetely one possible approach! I always say there is no "correct" way but there is a "best" way depending on your requirements.
First thing is: your target groups needs to be a dynamic TG.
Once you do that you can trigger an update to your TG whenever needed. Are you familiar with marketing application jobs?
1) Under 'Business Administration', go to 'Marketing Application Jobs';
2) Click '+' to create a new job and search for 'Target groups: Trigger Rebuild' as a template;
3) Create your own job including your target group ID in the 'parameter section';
4) Choose your scheduling periods (once a day, twice a day, every hours, etc) as per your requirement.
5) You're good to go!
Hope this helps.
Best regards,
Guilherme.
