How to set Recommendation Scenario visible in Product Recommendation Block in SAP Marketing Cloud?

Hi Experts,

Does somebody know the reason why I can't see recommendation scenario when I want to choose it as a part of Product Recommendation Block in Content Studio?

According to documentation model type should be optimized and I set it like that... as you can see in screnshoot.

Hi,

In addition to Optimized model, You Communication Medium should be "Email". In you model change the medium from "Online Shop" to "Email" and then it should be appearing in content studio.

Thank you for your answer, it works. But that scenario I'm also using to send a recommendation to storefront and for that proposes Communication Medium should be Online shop.

Do that mean that I need to make 2 different recommendation scenarios, first for sending a recommendation to storefront and second to send recommendation products via email?

These recommended products are the same in both cases.
