How to set cronjob level to DEBUG?

I set the cronjob.logtofile.threshold in configuration tab on Hybris Console. I run the job with DEBUG log level but it again logged the following message

  Cronjob XXX: log to file level is DEBUG but global log threshold is INFO. (see cronjob.logtofile.threshold at project.properties). Changing back to INFO

How can I effectively set the cron job loggin level to DEBUG?

Did you restart hybris after making the hybris console change? You might also need to add it to local.properties.

No, I did not. I cannot restart the system.
