Hi C4C Experts.
How can i set work flow rule for the below scenario,, appreciate if any one can help by providing combination of objects
Scenario:
we have Team (A) marketing which create opportunity and sends it to Sales team (B)
We need to set automatic alert ( Notification / email ) if "No activity" is made to opportunity after 3 Days- after its creation & sending to Team B. (meaning if any opportunity is created and send to sales team and if no one have made any changes (phone call/visit to customer) in the opportunity .so rule should work to alert that opportunity is unattended.

Set the Approval to 'Scheduled' instead on Save or Create and in scheduling, see if you have 'Changed On' date available..Try to set it in the 3 day boundary and and see if it helps...

Hi Faisal,
I am assuming, your sales team is your sales Unit.
In the Workflow timing , set the timing as Scheduled 3 days after the changed on date.
In the Workflow conditions, set the condition as
Sales Unit (Before Object Change) Not equal to Sales Unit.
This is to ensure that the workflow does not trigger every time the Opportunity is changed.
This ensures that the workflow triggers only when the Sales Unit is changed.
I am not sure if the Changed on Field considers ,the follow-up activity/Visit, test it out.
