How to select item to sync in SAP Customer checkout

Dear All ,

Good Day i hope all of you is fine,

i have a question regarding item Sync, can we select the item which we want to sync in SAP CCO we have a customer which is selling B to B and B to C but all of the item is syncing in SAP CCO even the item which is for B to B. how can we select the item that we want to sync only in SAP CCO.

Hello rpaglicawan ,

You haven't mentioned which ERP you are using, which is relevant for this question. I am assuming you are using B1 for this answer.

  1. In B1, under General Settings on the Pricing Tab, make sure to check "Remove Unpriced Items from Price List in Database". This will remove records from the ITM1 (price list) table in B1 for all items that have a current price of zero (no price defined).
  2. Assign the B2C price list number in the CCO terminal

As a result, since no records exist in the ITM1 table for B2B items, CCO will not receive those items at all.

There may be some more details in the official integration documentation, but this should get you going.

You can create a specific price list in your SAP B1 to be synchronized in the SAP Customer Checkout.
