Hi All,
I am trying to figure out a way to segment based upon form ID although I can't seem to figure out a way to do this.
I was thinking that I could add a tag to the form and then segment on this although the tag created via the form doesn't appear in segmentation modelling.
The business scenario is: We publish a form for n event registration, published publically, so not attached to a campaign. Then contacts visit this page and register for the event. Then we need to build a dynamic target group that will respond to the form fill by sending a confirmation email.
The best soloution would be to be able to create a segment based upon form ID.
Help appreciated.

Hi austrooper
maybe you can also use the InteractionContactId (e.g. together with ID_ORIGIN as attribute and SAP_FORM as value) or the InteractionSourceObjectId which both corresponds to the ID of the Formular.
You should find all of these in the datasource SAP_CE_CONTACT_IA_ERP_CUSTOMER.
But I think also the tag you use in the form should work.
Did you test the form (created a new contact via filling out the form and sending it) and had after that a look in the segmentation? Because I think only tags that are already used are shown there.

Generally, if you had an interaction trigerred with the form will capture the landing page information . You can use the landing page attribute to build a target group to send out the confirmations.
