Hi Team.
we have requirements for searching and exporting all interactions for tickets from c4c .
we had tried to use
https://myXXX.crm.ondemand.com/sap/c4c/odata/v1/c4codataapi/ServiceRequestCollection('objectId')/ServiceRequestTextCollection
for searching all livechat contents. It seems like good for us.
but for email channel's inbound and outbound. we can just get email subject and body content which customers first send.
we do not know what is the differences between livechat and email ?
can anyone help this
thanks in advance

Hello Dai,
Please check if below suggestion help/answer's your requirement :-
1.Logon to C4C tenant
2.Go to Service work center->Ticket view ->Note down the ''SUBJECT' of your E-mail Ticket.
3.Go to Activities work center ->Email view->Search with above noted Ticket's Subject
=>It will show - ALL the Inbound and Outbound Interaction for that Subject (for your Ticket
with mention subject)
4.Now click on option "More ->Download to Microsoft Excel'.
===>In this way, you will be able to search Interaction related to Ticket and further do
download it.
Hope this helps !
Thanks and Regards,
Ankush Pashine.
