How to restrict or hide an App so that the user does not have access

Hello Experts

How can dashboards be organized for all users from the system administrator account and not from each user's view?

Considering that there are some roles assigned to the user but you don't want them to have access to all dashboards.

The changes I make in App Finder and Edit Home page are displayed only in my account, it's like adding my favorites in SAP ERP.
