How to restrict a business user from being able to send emails

Hi.

Pls can I ask a question, is there a particular catalog I can remove or add a Read restriction to that would restrict a new user from being able to send emails from SMC.

Hello sgup78,

Basically, if the user has access to the CAMPAIGN app, he can execute email campaigns!

Hence, please un-assign the Business Catalog and Business Role, follow below:-

1. Access SAP Fiori App Reference Library - Campaign.
2. Navigate to Implementation Information >> Configuration.
3. Check for Business Catalog, Business Group, Business Role and set up your user accordingly.

Similarly, if you don't want a user to send test emails, then you need to restric Content Studio App same way as above!
