How to replicate standard SAP Marketing Cloud fields that are not part of WSDL to C4C?

Hello

We currently have ( among many other ) integration of Marketing Cloud with C4C.

We are currently using the outbound service from MKT to C4C " Export Leads". Current business scenario is to replicate this scenario together with product information. Current WSDL in YMkt has product id and origin but it does not contain product quantity and UOM ( which we need) even though these are standard fields.

Is there any feasible workaround on this?

Can i create a custom field in marketing which will take the value of a standard one?

Can I build the custom field in MKT cloud with the a logic that will be equal with the standard? I want to have both fields in YMKT ( commerce sends the info to YMKT to standard field - build custom field to be equal to standard in YMKT-> enhance WSDL with custom field for YMKT to C4C integration.
