How to replicate Sales POD created in C4C to S4HANA on premise

Hi Experts,

we work on Utilities and we are trying to create a sales quote and in the premise - second GAF of the sales wizard we are selecting the POD details by selecting add Sales POD option, but the PoD External ID is not getting populated,
Is the PoD External ID coming from the S4 system?
is it possible to replicate the Sales POD created in C4C to S4HANA on-premise system?
