How to replicate product hierarchy from SAP ECC to SAP C4C ?

if anyone had done that earlier please share knowledge.

Hi Shridhar,

we support replication of either material groups or product hierarchies into C4C product category hierarchy. You can find more details under here: https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_CLOUD_FOR_CUSTOMER/97f5b6f7272b4501b99c693e53bd8474/4e113a70418745f4ae....

The corresponding iflow on CPI side is called "Replicate Product Category from the SAP Business Suite".

Hello Marcus, I have made steps described in the link you have shared, But I Always get the same error in the C4C System:

Operation not possible; prod. cat. M_CAT1 referenced by material M1
Operation not possible; prod. cat. 100102 referenced by material 10000080
Operation not possible; prod. cat. 100102 referenced by material 10000112
Operation not possible; prod. cat. 100102 referenced by material 10000110
Operation not possible; prod. cat. 100102 referenced by material 10000061
Operation not possible; prod. cat. 100104 referenced by material 1202
