How to remove "post update" and "add tags"?

is there a way to easily remove/disable "post update" and "add tags" functionalities?

Hi Miha,

These kind of adjustments can be made by the Administrator via [Settings]. You can decide to do this for the whole Company or for business role(s) for specific user groups.
