Hello,
BOM deletion with a change number does update in deletion indicator (LKENZ)
Deletion Flag LKENZ is set to “X” in table STAS for deletion of item
Please use same change number in transaction CS02, in header tab there is option for in indicator just untick it.
Or you can undo changes with a change number in the standard transactions CCUNDO
