How to relaunch a completed Web channel campaign?

Here comes another one regarding Web Channel:)

I would like to launch again a web channel campaign that is already completed.

Any suggestions how to do that?

Hi,

The easiest way is simply to create a copy of your Web Channel campaign and activate the new copy.

Yes, that worked, but can I somehow combine the reporting for the two campaigns?

There is no way currently to link the reporting of two campaign in Emarsys - you would have to export the responses and anaylse them outside the platform.
