How to quickly/mass confirm requested quantities on an allocation table?

Dear retail gurus,

After creating an allocation table from a promotion we send out the planned/proposed quantities of all items to all plants/shops via WA11.

The shops then reply with their requested quantities.

We process the replies and confirm the requested quantities via WA04.

In our situation, we almost never adjust the requested quantities and always confirm what has been requested.

WA04 let you first go into the items and from there you can select all plants/shops and quickly confirm the requested quantities.

This has 2 major drawbacks:

• We can have several hundred articles in a single promotion/allocation table. So we have to go into each item one by one, select the shops and confirm. This is not feasible.
• Not all shops request the same article at the same time. It’s the other way around: 1 shop sends in its request for all items, then the next shop and so on. So to confirm the quantities as we receive them, we have to go through all articles and select the shop(s) that have requested.

Is there a way to confirm all requested quantities per plant/shop instead of per item as WA04 permits?

Or is there a way to mass-confirm all requested quantities on an allocation table?
