How to patch Orbeon on Hybris 5.7

We had a UI related issue with Orbeon Forms and after requesting Orbeon, they have fixed it and given us a patch. We need to apply this patch! We are still using 5.7 with financial services recipe. This is what I've tried but didn't work:

1. removed orbeon directory (including WEB-INF) from custom folder

2. replaced the .war file in orbeon-module\orbeonservices\orbeon\distribution with the new .war

3. ran installer.bat -r financial

Surprisingly the orbeon libraries were not copied in the custom folder.

Also, we actually need to replace only a few jars in the WEB-INF/lib folder. Is it okay to just go and replace them?

Hi Vivek,

Your first two steps seems fine, however I think that you need few additional ones after that.

• Remove hybris/config/orbeon directory (if you have some custom orbeon configuration save it somewhere before)

• Run ant install.orbeon-module from platform (this should create custom folder)

• Copy license.xml to custom\orbeon\WEB-INF\resources\config

• Run ant install.xyformsstorefrontcommons (coping some configuration)

• ant install.financialacceleratorstorefront (coping FSA css)

• ant clean all and start server
