we could not find a way to model that a person is contact of a company and also a customer (same person). The existing customizing does not allow any changes for relationship BUR001.
at the moment there is no possibility to have an entity in the system as both contact person and account at the same time. As per standard a contact person is always associated to an account, hence it cannot be an account at the same time. An alternative would be that you create the entity twice in the system once as a contact person and as an Individual customer.
