how to mass upload existing loyalty user in CCO Manager

Good day i would like to ask to all CCO expert we have a client which have existing loyalty customers. they want to migrate the users and points to CCO manager. how can we migrate it to CCO manager?

Hello rpaglicawan ,

To my knowledge there is still no native functionality for doing this. An improvement request exists here, but I see you already voted for it.

Since we had the same requirement we have developed a small tool to create loyalty accounts and initial balances using web service calls to CCOM. Unfortunately the structure has changed considerably between FP10 and FP11, and I believe some minor changes also happened in FP12, so we may have to review the tool to make sure it still works as expected.
