how to make delivery charges are free

Our requirement is we have to make delivery charges are free.Means their is no delivery charges in my project.We have to show "Delivery Charges : Free" text in Cnd checkout pages ,its already their in OOB? Please share your knowledge .Thank you...

You could also try to achieve in backoffice either using Delivery Cost section or Promotions.

Hi Sindhu ,

One option to implement your requirement is create a one delivery mode, assign that to base store the delivery mode should have delivery cost zero.

In the delivery method checkout step process should display that one by selecting it will apply the delivery charges free.

if you don't want to display that delivery mode drop down and still wants free shipping then you need to do code changes in Delivery Method checkout step validator.
