I have created & "save as" drop down list option with the advance filter ,its appearing for me fine...But i want this newly saved drop down option to be visible to all other user of C4C ,How can i do this? If i click adaption to make so, it will shows only basic drop down list, not (mine) the newly created .
Request clarification before answering.
Hello faisap,
When you click on Save as , it indicates that you are creating a Personalized query which will be Visible only for your user.
When you are in adaptation mode, the default master layout will be displayed and hence you don't see your Personalized query.
If you click on Save and and create a new Advanced filter query in Adaptation Mode, it will be Visible to all the users.
Best Regards,
Arun

Hi Arun,
let me try to explain again,,, i have set advance filter in normal account search and make 1 new view ("n.vehi" -picture attached) - in drop down list by (save as) for my self .It will start appearing in my drop down .But now i want to make it visible for all other user.so what should i do...?
i have mention in the above msg that i tried to apply it by using Adapt but once i start adaption the newly created is not visible only the default listdd-filter.png is showing to make them visible or invisible..hope now you got i what am facing and what i want to do.
Hi faisap,
Yup..I understood.
The personalized filter will not be available during adaptation.
Of you want it to be available for all the users, you need to create the new filter using the Save as, when you are in adaptation mode and not before you enter adaptation.
Hi Arun,,
Perfect .. Its working
Thank you very much
