How to make a complete KPI custom report?

Hi,

In C4C, I would like to make this custom report with KPI :

View type : Table view

Selection : relative period current month

View : Employee responsable / Number of visits / Number of phone calls / Number of tasks / Number of opportunities / Number of sales quotes

All this data already exist in different SAP standart reports :

• Visits analysis
• Activity list
• Opportunity Analysis
• Sales Quote Volume

How to merge everything together ?

Hi thomas.chaligne,

You can not use multiple report views as current value in KPI but In KPI, there is option "Context Dashboard", you might try to use a dashboard (as dashboards can have multiple report views saved).

Hi Saurav Kumar,

Thanks for reply. I already made a dashboard (see below). But the sales director of my firm don't like it. He absolutely want an Excel file with an automatic broadcast every week.

No other ideas ?

Dear thomas.chaligne,

For broadcasting, you can create a new broadcast using this dashboard and it will trigger email as per schedule to the specified recipients. You can select formats like HTML and Web Browser Link.
