How to log with a bar code ?

Hello,

We are trying to log (to authenticate) with a barcode in SAP Cuctomer Checkout.

To do that,

I generated a bar code in the users' tab (settings). i transformed the string into a bar code and i bought a scanner.

But when i am on the login window of CCO (i select id area) scanning fails.

I found no documentation or discussion about how it works or anything about login with a barcode. (neither in the help page of SAP)...

If you have already managed to log with a bar code on CCO. It would be kind to share your experience with us.

Hello Guillaume,

You need to make sure that you add a percent sign to the beginning and question mark to the end of the printed barcode. In CCOM you would store this value without the prefix and suffix. See the following extract from the documentation:
