How to link interaction to contact

Hi there,

I just uploaded a new example CSV file with 3 interactions, see below. The contacts you see here already exist in the system of SAP Marketing Cloud, so the system must add the interactions to the profile.

The problem is the system doesn't add the interactions to those profiles, see below. However I can still select the interactions in our segmentation model. How is this possible or where could be the problem? Or are there any required fields missing?

Hi Andy,

so, the Contact has the combination of ID Origin LEADFAMILY and the email address?

Can you switch to the Origins tab of the contact and share s screenshot?

Any messages in the import monitor?

What I would already do is to build a target group with the three contacts that are shown in your segmentation to check to which contacts the interaction is assigned. Or you can use the "Browse Interaction Data" App.

Hi Tobias,

This comment feature didn't work with my screen shots, so see below my reply on your message. Hopefully we can fix the issue now. Thanks!

It's solved, thanks Tobias.

Yes both, so ID Origin and email address. However, when I search the interaction the interaction is assigned to an anonymous profile in stead of (in this example) daanluttik@techonomy.nl. See below. The data didn't match based on email address.
