How to link a "product review"-interaction to a product?

Hi,

is it possible to import an interaction "PROD_REVIEW_CREATED" (via csv or odata) that is linked to a product, that I've imported before via csv?

I can only link it to an interest item. If the review is replicated from Jam Communities or Hybris Commerce it is shown in the "Products" App and is automatically linked to the replicated product. Is it possible to create a review as described above manually so that is also shown in that Products-App?

have you checked the interaction api - should enable you to post interactions with products.

Hi Matthias,

no I just tried it with the CUAN_IMPORT_SRV (I'm working in an on-prem system). I will check if it works with the new API.

I am trying to use the API_MKT_INTERACTION_SRV interaction api so that I can see the Product Review and Rating on the Products Use and Resonance app, but don't see the updates posted. I can see the Interaction content visible on the sentiment engagement app. I also included InteractionProduct, with a value for InteractionProductSentimentVa... but didn't work. Any suggestions on how to achieve this using this API?
