Request clarification before answering.
Hello Guillermo,
Currently from the SAP Customer Checkout manager, using the Sales Summary you can only identify that some receipt and how many are missing: You can not find out exactly which receipts are missing.
I know when you have several PoS like in Sports Arena this is not easy to look in each PoS.
We have this requirement in our backlog. Based on its priority, we do intend to provide a new tab in Sales Summary where we will list down "potentially" missing receipts. However for future functionality we cannot make any commitment.
Hope it helps.

Hi Guillermo,
Julian is right!
The easiest way is a full sync at local cco. Usually all receipts are then transferred to the cco server. Then go to cco server and click on "Check" to prove the sales summery.
If the receipts are still not transferred, you can filter in the local cco "all not transferred" receipts and have to manually click on the "resubmit" button.
Important: Only the admin has the rights to transfer the receipts again. Please let me know, if it has worked?
Best regards
Tobias

Dear Guillermo,
I am not aware about any report.
From my point of view it is important, that the store manager, at the end of the day, checks at local CCO, whether all receipts are transmitted to CCOm. (There could be network problems or open receipts/tables)
In local CCO I would suggest to use extendes search.
What do you think?
Thanks,
Julian

Hi Julian
We had some problems because we copy the folder in some PCs (They were 70 POS) and the client forgot to change the POSID of one of them, it has been the mail reason of our problems.
Thanks so much for your answer.
What I see is that the user has to expand all the receipts of the cash desk closing, copy and paste in Excel, then sort it and make any formula to know wich is lacking.
Best regards
Guillermo
