How to know if a user is consuming Sales or Service licenses?

Hi experts

Our client is asking if there is any way in the system to know which license a user is consuming. This is for their billing audit. So far, there is a User Subscription part in business users, but it looks like you have to assign which license the user is consuming. It's not the system who automatically tells the type of license.

If you want to check how many licenses have been used and if you have exceeded the purchased limit - Go to 'Service Control Center' -> 'User Subscriptions' - This can be checked only in C4C Productive tenant. For more information, refer to the below blog on Service Control Center:
