How to integrate SAP CRM IC Web UI with Gensys Caller Tool

Hi Experts,

Please help. I search a lot but nothing found.

I am SAP CRM Consultant. I need to integrate Gensys Cloud Caller tool in SAP CRM IC web UI. Please help me to provide Application Installation Guide and Configuration Document or any helpful document to achieve this task.

Please note the expecting behaviour of Client is, When CRM IC Web UI launch the gensys caller tool also launch along with it. and on receiving call the account information auto populate at the CRM view.

Hi Shabi,

What version of Genesys are you running? We've accomplished this use case for many customers through our DaVinci Platform. Right now, for Genesys we only support PureCloud, but I'm happy to share more details if you're interested.
