how to integrate SAP C4C service cloud with SAP Customer data cloud

Hi Experts,

we have a use case where have a web app integrated with SAP CDC
in which we are using standard login, registration, update profile screen sets

but inside our app after logging in we are using customer ID of SAP C4C service cloud to fetch the data from C4C,

how to integrate SAP C4C service cloud with SAP Customer data cloud and what would be the best way to link so that when the customer logs in our app (with email address that he registered in CDC ), then CDC also has to send the customer ID of the customer from SAP C4C service cloud

like we need to create some customs field in the Schema of CDC right?

Is it possible to do this?
also when we create a customer in SAP C4C service cloud will it auto replicate to SAP CDC and vice versa?

is there any blog or post which talks about this integration between these two, please share.
does SAP CDC supports standard integration with SAP C4C service cloud?
