How to Integrate non sap system with SAP C4C

My client has their own external portal for creating opportunities.

So they are asking to integrate C4C with their portal.

Is it possible via ODATA ?

Hi Sakil,

It depends on the type of integration you need. You could use PI/ HCI as mentioned in the blog above or you could use/call the out of the box C4C odata APIs from your external system, to create opportunities in C4C. Another alternative is the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

HCI and BTP involve licensing costs whereas, C4C APIs do not.
