How to index classification attributes having multiple classattributeassignmentmodels to SOLR?

Our current structure is like, A classification attribute can be assigned to multiple classification classes where for each attribute there can be multiple classattributeassignment models.

While indexing classifications, for each classification attribute we need to provide classattributeassignment modela as a unique one. But in our it is not getting possible.
