As highlighted in the screen shot, can anyone please tell me how to increase the height of a field in C4C?

Hi Rasmita.
The Responsive UI adjusts itself based on device it is being used. The height, width, length of field is dependent on data type of your field and also it's col and row span settings under ADAPT of that field.
