Hi Elio,
Each Operational Report is Based on a Custom Analytical Query. Go to the settings Icon (the icon above "Cantidad de pedidos in you last image") on the Query and click the information. From there you can copy the Query Name.
Next Open the Query in the Custom Analytical Queries App and search for the query. Once you find and open the query you can edit it and add fields in the Field Selection Tab. You can also create a new query using the data source from the older query.
If there is a field that is missing in the Field Selection Tab, then you may need to update the data source. For this go to the General Tab in your query and Copy the Data Source Name (name in Brackets). Go to the Custom CDS View App and open this data source. Here you can add fields from one or more data sources.
