How to improve the page performance ?

I need to improve the page rendering time. Currently Homepage, PLP, PDP, Checkout and all other pages are taking minimum 3 minutes of time.

Can any one please let me know how to improve it, do I need to use any tools, If yes, where are the recommended tools for Hybris commerce applications[both b2b & b2c].
