How to import multiple Account Notes for one account in specified seq. using C4C Data Workbench.

Hi Experts,

We are implementing C4C cloud solution for one of our client.

We have business requirement where we have multiple account Notes associated with one account and we want to upload them in identified sequence using Data Workbench.

We are using standard Data Workbench -> Individual Object -> Account Notes for the same but using this we are not able to maintain any load sequence for Account Notes.

Could you please provide your expert advice to achieve this ?

Hi,

There is no direct sequencing mechanism in C4C for loading the notes of the accounts using the Data Work Bench.

In general, notes will appear in the same order as they were inserted in CSV file. You also refer my snapshots for better understanding.
