How to import a quote into SAP Sales Quote

Hi,

we have a system that is able to create industry specific quotes (i.e. for insurances). We want to import these quotes into SAP Sales Cloud for further processing (and in the C/4HANA platform SAP Sales Cloud is the owner of the "quote", isn't it?).

Is there a service which we can use for this purpose?

Regards

Christian

Hi Christian,

1 - Dowloaded all quotations with status "OPEN" in a .CSV file in "DATA WORKBENCH --> EXPORT" workcenter.

2 - edited the fields STATUS and PROGRESS in the .CSV

3 - Imported this edited .CSV in the path "DATA WORKBENCH --> IMPORT --> INDIVIDUAL OBJECT --> UPDATE" SAP C4C.

Dear Christian,

If it is SAP system, you have standard integration process to replicate the sales quotes to C4C and continue with further processing. If it is non-sap system, then you can use the ManageSalesQuoteIn A2X SOAP Services(webservice to be consumed via SOAP UI etc) or dedicated OData services(Webservice to be consumed via SOAP UI - end point explorer or postman etc) or use the inbuilt feature called Data Workbench where you can upload quote related data via excel and create quotes in C4C.
