how to implement potential prmotion message functionality in hybris6.6 without creating a new promotion rule

We have a requirement to implement potential promotion messages functionality without creating a new promotion rule. They want this like 5.7 version , whenever a promotion rule get published , potential promotion message functionality also should trigger.

Pls suggest if any one having any ideaa to implement this. We are using hybris 6.6

Hi ,

Can you please provide some more detail to implement potential promotional messages without creating a new rule for this. For Example: Promo: Percent Order Discount condition: cart total >= 1000 Action:10% off

Expected Result:

If there is $900 of qualifying product in the cart, the potential promotion message should show on the top of the cart page and should say "Spend $1000 to get 10% discount. Spend another $100 to qualify." want to achieve this without creating a new promotion rule for potential messages.
