How to identify element that is rendered on CDC screen ?

Hello experts,

We are not able to find out exact element attribute rendered by SAP CDC screen.

There are multiple duplicate elements can be seen in HTML code for same element.

data-screenset-element-id-publish showing false but element is rendered. (Please refer screenshot)

e.g. if we configure submit button on screen.

Why do we have duplicate elements available at html code?

How to identify the exact element, which is rendered?

Any insights on this will be much appreciated.
