How to hide obsolete (deletion flagged) materials in variant configurator in SO?

Hi Experts,

In the MRP 3 view of the variant material we have maintained the configurable material. We have set the variant material to X-Plant material status in basic data 1 view of material master to 05 " obsolete" and also set deletion flag indicator for the same material. Now while creating the sales order for the configurable material and doing variant matching, system is proposing the obsolete material/deletion flag set material in the list.

Need a help on how to hide/remove the proposing of obsolete/deletion flag set variant material in sales order variant matching screen.

Hi Roshan,

Maintain the status as 04 "Scrap" in Basic data1 (X-plant matl status) and in Sales org. 1 (X-distr. chain status) fields. If this does not work, change the Configuration values of the deletion flag set material variant to some strange values which you will not configure in future.
