How to hide campaign templates?

Hi together,

we are on yM Cloud 1805.

Does anybody know how to hide these campaign templates (marked with red):

Hi Oliver,

These are the standard predelivered SAP Campaign templates which cannot be removed in ym cloud. But yes, you can raise to SAP and ask if there is anyway to restrict these standard templates.

Ideally these templates should appear if we have any communication arrangement for that sort of process, eg. Cart Abandonment should only appear if we have communication arrangement available for the same.

I believe we cannot remove these.

Hi Oliver,

Currently the option that is available is that if you deactivate a category then the templates based on that category would disappear from the create popup. However, unfortunately, there is not one to one mapping always i.e. there are more than 1 template on a category. So currently it's only partially possible to hide is what I would say.

Hi Nitin,

I ad tried that option, say e.g. I have deactivated the TV category from the configuration, which I think doesn't had any dependency, but still the campaign template was showing. Can you please check in your system with the same settings.

Hi Oliver,

Can you check the manage your solution app and there should be option to define Campaign Categories and there you should be able to manage these categories. I am on-perm so not sure of the exact path but this should be done in the campaign Actions and categories.

Thank you. I actually know this customizing. I made all the changes but this does not affect the camapign templates. It is just to define the campaign types and actions.
