How to grayed out the Search Criteria Employee Responsible field value

Dear Experts,

We are using the SAP CRM service request, the system allowing us to change the other employee responsible service requests also.

Our client requirement is if we click on the search button on the search page system don't allow to show the other employee responsible (User) service requests.

Can anyone please suggest how to grayed out the Search Criteria Employee Responsible field value...

Please share the related technical code to grayed out the field value. It would be very helpful to me.
