How to give access to the specific group in HMC

I'm new to hybris, can anyone suggest me, how to give access permission to the specific users in hmc cockpit

Hello suhas,

You can do it at least in two ways.
1. You can create a new userGroup and assign specific users to it. There you can give them permissions which you want to. Just to go Users -> User Group -> New group -> Access Rights. After you do this, please remember to add the user to this specific usergroup. Just select a user, and in the General tab should be a table named Groups. Just add there this User Group
2. If you want only one user to have specific user rights, go to User -> Employees/Customer -> !specific customer -> Access Rights.

There you can specify the access permissions.

In the HMC Cockpit, i have to give access to those in the employeegroup to the password tab

If I understood you correctly, you want to give access to a user Group, so they can change the password for Users in the User -> Password tab. To do this, please refer to the user Group access rights, and in the Objects field add the User class, where you can give the permission to edit the password.
