Hi SAP community,
I hope you are safe and healthy. I am trying to get the total number of surveys that were sent and responded by customers.
1. For responded surveys: I was looking into 'surveyresponsecollection' with 'Lifecyclestatuscodetext' ='completed', however, I noticed that a small percent of these tickets have status 'completed' but don't have any survey results attached - when I search for that ticket under SurveyQuestionAnswersCollection (using objectid from surveyresponseitemcollection), I see no results - Could you please explain why it shows that the survey was completed but have no results attached AND any ideas on how I can get this number?
2. For total surveys sent: Can I assume that all records in surveyresponse = all sent. If yes, is there a way to verify this from C4C front-end

When you create a report based on data source Business Partner Survey Answers [QREVQVBUPARU] characteristic Survey Creation [Date] stands for the surveys generated and sent and the characteristic Survey Submission [Date] stands for the surveys filled out and submitted. You can use the above characteristics Calendar Week, Month, Quarter etc. to compare how many did i sent and how many were received back. As there is only one counter you might want to add a key figure in your report.
