From your comments, it seems you want to download the Telco Suite. Do you have access to download from SAP SWDC? I think that's where you'll find the the files. When I saw the SAP Hybris Commerce suite link pointing to repository.hybris.com, I thought it was weird, because the Commerce suite is normally downloaded from SAP SWDC. I think the Help site needs to be updated.

I don't know if I'm supposed to be able to log-in, but I was able to log-in successfully using the email address (and personal password, not the S-USER ID password) that was connected to my S-USER ID.

I see. I tried, and I couldn't download the ZIP file using my email address and password. I guess there's additional access needed for this. Probably best to reach out to your SAP Support.
