Dear Team,
Could you please help me to get resolution due date of service ticket as it's standard field like completion due date . I am able to get completion due date but not getting resolution due date in onsave method of service BO.

In case the depicted element from the Ticket BO connected to the ResolutionDue UI field is not visible on the Repository Explorer, then it may not be PSM released.
On this case, you may create an incident to SAP for a PSM release request for read or write access depending on your requirement, following this KBA: https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2455548
