how to get "Current month" attribute to display in Email campaign (SAP marketing)

Hi,

Use case is :

Customer want the "Current month" field to be controlled dynamic for Birthday email campaign

So when ever Email campaign is triggered to target group members-- "Current month" field should automatically change every month (feb, mar, apr, may ....)

Email contents example:

Hi Mr/Mrs. 〇〇(name)

Happy birthday in 〇〇(month). We are giving away a coupon only to those who have a birthday in the month of 〇〇(month)

In SAP marketing "Current month" field is not available in personalization attributes (content studio ) , only the ""Next birthday" is available with full date format which will not full fill the requirement

and i checked with SAP global support, they even confirmed no option currently available

Is there any alternate way to integrate "Current month" field in HTML template and trigger email campaign

current landscape outbound flow from SMC : SMC (trigger email campaign)> SCPI > Sendgrid > customer email

Inbound flow data captured into SMC: third party system > SCPI > SMC (data captured in segmentation)

Hi Arun,

I cannot come up with a perfect way to achieve this. But maybe you can use "Condition" to add different versions of the text block in email content.

For example, you can use "Next Birthday is from 01.03.2022 to 30.03.2022" as condition of text block contains "Happy birthday in March".
