How to get Marketing Permission from C4C in Marketing Cloud

Hello all,

we've implemented SAP Marketing Cloud and are replicating business partners from C4C to marketing. How can we get the marketing email permission from C4C in marketing? There is no standard iflow, since I can only find "Request Marketing Permissions and Subscriptions from SAP Marketing" in cloud integration, which seems to be the direction from marketing to sales.

Do we need to build an iflow from scratch?

Hello Dennis,

after de deprecation of the standard iFlow for Marketing Permission replication, I assume you have two options:

1. Developing a custom iFlow
2. Create an export file from C4C and import the permission using Data File Load in SMC.
